HIGHGROVE HOA PRESIDENT'S NOTE Hello Everyone! We have our next community HOA Special Voting meeting on Thursday night, August 12, at 7:00 pm at the Clubhouse. We would like to Thank everyone that attended the meeting last night. We had a Great turnout. We hope that all of your questions were answered for you. Please see the Forum and Message Board page on the website for more information about the proposed By-Law changes that are currently being voted on. Voting will end on September 10th, so the results can be given out at the Annual HOA Election Meeting on September 16th. The Agenda for the August 12th meeting is: Discuss the two proposed By-Law Changes Answer any questions/concerns Vote If anyone is interested in helping fix the pond please contact Mr. Mark Ware at warem@me.com. The more volunteers we can get the less it will cost the community to repair it. If you are interested in running for the HOA Board this year please fill out a nomination form and return it to the HOA Drop Box at the clubhouse. The form is posted to the website on the forms page. We will have four vacancies that will need to be filled this year. If you have questions please email one of the current board members. Your Highgrove Homeowners Association 2010 Highgrove Amendments Currently your association meets every three months at 7:00 PM, during January, April, and July. The Annual Election is held in September. The meeting agenda will be posted on the website prior to the meetings. Please come out and take part in your community. Remember if you would like to speak at a meeting, please email the HOA President and Vice President by Friday prior to the meeting.
