Hello, my name is Chris Price and I recently was voted in as a new member of the Highgrove Homeowners Association Board of Directors. As a member of the board my duties will be to manage the Clubhouse Rentals and also oversee the Architectural Control Committee. With that being said, if anyone is interested in helping me out with these tasks I would love to hear from you. As ACC we will assure every homeowner that we will continue to live in a safe and beautiful community. This is something that I take pride in and am looking forward to working with each and everyone who lives in this wonderful neighborhood. It takes each and every one of us to work as neighbors and to help to watch out for one another. I would like to just highlight a few of the items that are of importance to the ACC. These are items that we find to sometimes be a problem and usually it is because the homeowner is just not aware of the problem. - Trashcans MUST NOT be seen from the road. These must either be placed around the back of the home or in the garage area. You may submit a request for approval for a screened area to be placed around you can outside the garage. - All outside additions to the property must be approved by the ACC prior to any work being done. This includes but not limited to all fences, major landscape changes, porches, decks, swimming pools, painting of exterior, sheds. If you have any concerns as to whether you need approval it is always better to check prior to starting any work. - No campers or boats can be parked on or at the property for any extended length of time. This includes the driveway or the side or rear of the home. - Grass and landscape areas must remain maintained at all times. Landscape areas should be cleared of all weeds and tall grass. - Any street tree that dies must be replaced with a similar tree within a timely manner.
